Response currencies

price_cny is the source listing price in yuan. A value of 188000 means ¥188,000, not ¥1.88 billion. When a rate is available, price_eur is the converted amount rounded to two decimals. Both fields are returned independently of the search’s currency parameter. Missing source prices or exchange rates produce nullable values rather than an invented price.

CNY filters

CNY bounds must be nonnegative multiples of 10,000. A bound of 105000 is rejected with 422; choose a supported step rather than expecting exact-yuan source filtering.

EUR filters

The rate is expressed as CNY per EUR. The API converts the minimum upward and the maximum downward to 10,000-CNY steps, keeping the source filter inside your requested budget. For an illustrative rate of 7.8 CNY per EUR: This is a rounding example, not the current exchange rate. Listings near the original EUR boundaries can be excluded. A narrow budget with no supported CNY step returns an empty result.

Missing or older rates

The backend refreshes exchange rates and can retain its last known good quote during a provider outage. Displayed EUR values can therefore use an older rate. When no rate is available, CNY requests can still return source prices with price_eur: null; EUR budget filtering returns 503 with a retry hint. EUR prices are reference conversions rather than final purchase, shipping, tax, or currency-exchange quotes. Preserve the original CNY amount and confirm important prices against the source listing.

Counting within a budget

/v1/search/count uses the same currency interpretation and rounding rules as search. It returns count and consumes a separate data request.
